I don’t have a guitar for lessons, can I rent from you?

Unfortunately I no longer rent out guitars. If you’re going to commit to guitar lessons I highly recommend you get yourself a decent start up Acoustic or Electric guitar depending on what your preference is for lessons.

What are your lesson rates?

$30/30 mins, $45/45 mins, $60/60 mins.

Do you offer online lessons?

Yes I do. Please inquire for more info

My business hours:

Tuesday-Friday: 1pm-6pm

Saturday: 10am-1pm

Sunday-Monday: Closed

Where are you located?

1290 Ruffels Rd, Parksville BC.

When and how will I receive an invoice?

You will be emailed an invoice 2 days prior to when your lesson payment period begins.. (if you book 1 month of lessons, you will be emailed an invoice 2 days prior to the start date of the first lesson for that month)

Do you accept e-transfer?

Yes. I accept E-transfer, cash or cheque. Please send E-transfers to  musicallyinclinedguitar@proton.me

Is there parking available?

Yes there is a parking space designated for my customers right beside my studio. I will help get you situated once your on the premises. 

As a parent am I obligated to wait at the studio for my child to finish lessons?

If you need to scoot out and take care of an errand or pick up your other child that is totally fine. Your child is in a safe location. I have a first aid kit on site in the very unlikely chance of an injury and they will be with me in the studio the whole time during the lesson.

I’m a Parent. Is there somewhere to sit and wait while my child has their lessons?

There is a patio area you can sit at outside or you can wait in your car in the designated customer parking area.

What ages do you teach?

I teach ages 8 +

Do you tailor lessons to the student?

Yes I look over every registration form to determine what the students specific learning goals are and base my lesson plans around that. I maintain a structure with lessons while helping students reach their goals.

Does your studio have a bathroom?

Yes it does. I would prefer that you use it before or after a lesson as not to interrupt the lesson time.

Are you open Stat holidays?

I am closed on all Stat holidays.

Are you open during the summer?

No I am closed during the summer. Lessons will start again in September.

What happens if I cant make a lesson?

I need a minimum of 24 hrs notice if you are unable to make a lesson and need to reschedule. I can’t guarantee I will have an available slot that same week but I will do my best to have the missed lesson made up at some point during your lesson payment period. If anything less than 24hr’s notice is given the lesson will be considered taught and will not be refunded.

What happens if I’m late for a lesson?

If you do not arrive for your lesson within 15 minutes the lesson is considered taught. If arriving within the 15 minute late period for a lesson then the student will be taught the remainder of the scheduled lesson time.
